Your role

About the team:

• Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

About you

• Outbound/ Customer Care Executive / BPO / outbound/ Call Center / Voice Process /Day Shift.
• Shift - Day Shift
• 5 & 6 Days Working
• The candidate should be comfortable with  Mumbai.
• Candidate should be comfortable with the voice process.
• Should be good in either Hindi/English/ Tamil/ Telugu /Kannada /Malayalam
