Job Description
Work with multiple categories and functions within offline payments to define key performance and operational metrics and monitor the health of the function/categories Build dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional/org leadership and monitor the progress of metrics to identify any issues and raise any red flags to functional / org leads Build, deliver and present analytical results and recommendations in meaningful and effective PowerPoint presentations to key stakeholders Support hypothesis with data-backed insights and narrow down key issues/areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solution Perform AB test analysis, Build effective pre-post analysis of all actions and new initiatives done by the business teams on insights backed by data. To work with a variety of data sources and pull data using efficient query development that requires less post-processing
