We work with local merchants in 3 key categories – Restaurants, Salons, and Spas. So whether you're taking your family out for a nice dinner, getting ready for a party or relaxing at a top spa, or just discovering your city intimately, we make it happen.

Job responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining healthy relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for the company.
• Key Account Management for Deals & GV Business - Acting as a single point of contact between key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining merchant acquisition pipeline, reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Negotiating commercials and contacts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
• Developing a thorough understanding of Key Clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions - while upselling and cross-selling the Paytm suite of products.

Requirements

Do you fit the bill?

• A Graduate or MBA with prior 0-3 field sales experience.
• Candidates from the internet/FNB industry are preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Ability to forge alliances/tie-ups quickly.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
