About the team

Learning & Development COE team facilitates L&D interventions centrally across the Paytm group in close partnership with respective HODs & leaders under the mentorship of the Head of HR. In its growth phase to become a business enabler, the team seeks to have self-driven individuals who are passionate & have what it takes to build a career in a fast-growing & challenging work environment. With an articulated need & importance in the ecosystem, the team is presently engaged in multiple high-impact projects & seeks to build its strength with good talent & culture fit. The role has a unique opportunity to shape the L&D agenda for the group & drive impactful change at scale.

About the role

Part of the Learning & Development COE team who is responsible for driving the L&D agenda & building and agile people systems that aid competitive talent advantage. Responsible for Operational excellence & L&D partnering for some of its Business Units. 

Expectations/ requirements

• Serve as Talent Development Partner demonstrating understanding of Business and providing correct diagnosis and solution.
• Build strong relationships at all levels & work collaboratively for role success across stakeholders.
• Manage Learning Operations like LMS management, Calendar planning & execution, Dashboard release, Vendor procurement & Management demonstrating ops excellence, resourcefulness & initiative.
• Lead compliance-related L&D effectively at the Org level & handle related audits.
• Act as a facilitator for relevant training modules as & when.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of L&D models & frameworks for effective solutions.
• Support Central L&D initiatives like developing people systems, leadership development, talent management & OD as & when applicable program management initiatives that are driven centrally.
• Strong communication & influencing skills expert presentation & facilitation skills
