About the team

 ARPU-ops stands for average revenue per user. Ops (operation). ARPU team is working in multiple dimension like SMS, OBD, IVR, WAP, USSD etc.  ARPU team is under the Telco.

About the role

Our team deal in SMS’s operation and product. Working on the sms flow and architecture of how the sms is sent. SMS Traffic management of users and maintaining the MIS. Giving support line to users for any rectification of error or issues. Whitelisting of templates and senders on DLT. Managing all sms types (trans,promo,service-implicit/explicit).Making PRD about new product . etc
