Pehchaan The Street School is seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Intern to support their human resources department in managing various HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Posting jobs on various job portals
• Screening resumes
• Scheduling interviews for selected candidates
• Onboarding candidates
• Conducting induction sessions
• Maintaining the HR databases
• Gathering weekly feedback from candidates
• Conducting team-building activities
• Participating in trainings conducted by Pehchaan

About you

Skills required

• Communication skills 
• Negotiation Skills 
• Basic knowledge of MS Office skills
