About the program

PepsiCo India brings “PepSheCo Sales Stars”, a first-of-its-kind Campus Competition specially crafted for female undergraduate students of the country, who are keen to explore and pursue a career in FMCG Sales.
Through this program, all candidates will get exposure to the Corporate world while pursuing their Graduation, and the shortlisted ones will get to interact with the PepsiCo Leadership team to understand what it takes to build a successful career in Sales.

How will the campaign work?

This campaign brings you to this year’s much-awaited ‘PepSheCo Sales Star’ by PepsiCo India. This is a unique campus competition designed for female UG students to educate and empower them on Sales. Students will get to interact and learn from PepsiCo leaders in the live workshops and assessments.

Training & development   

You will have an opportunity to interact and build relations with PepsiCo leaders in live workshops where interested female college freshers can also participate and get a certificate of participation. You stars will also have a micro internship opportunity under the direct mentorship of industry leaders from PepsiCo India.

Career progression

Students will get to interact and learn from PepsiCo leaders in the live workshops and assessments(virtually) and showcase their learning through simple assessments. Not only that,

• The top 1000 stars of the workshop who are in their final year would get a Micro-Internship for 7 days submit an assignment, and get an internship completion certificate. 
• Top 250 of 1000 will be shortlisted for the standard hiring procedure which includes an assessment and an interview.
• Finally, the top 50 students will be offered full-time opportunities at PepsiCo India.

Who is eligible for this program?

Female undergraduate students from all across India can register and participate in this program. However, the Micro-Internship & Full-time opportunities would be for final-year students exclusively.
