You are responsible for

• Defining sales and margin planning process together with SMEs and key stakeholders in the business based on a deep understanding of requirements, taking business model-specific requirements into account.  The goal is to implement standard processes
• Driving functional design (blueprinting) for effective process support through BPC planning and modeling solutions, working closely with the technical team;
• Ensuring the integration of S&OP planning process and tools (GPT, FDA, Foresight)
• Ensuring integration with other parts of the financial planning and reporting processes and tools (BPC, PMA, …)
• Driving simplifications and improvements in the existing planning process and system solutions supporting the planning process overall
• Work with various CEOs in FP&A, business partners, and operational functions to develop a holistic solution(s).
• Driving change management and effective process implementation according to standards
• Work closely together with the Business Process Experts in the team in defining the improvement roadmap, executing it (project management), and tracking progress
• Evaluate system/process change requests and guide implementation options. Validating proposed system solutions according to process design (proof of concepts, testing, …)
• Own a forum between business & adder owners to periodically reconcile management and financial accounting. Make sure that the unexplained gap is below the set target.
• Drive actions to increase margin insight breakthroughs out of management accounting for Philips
• Drive adoption of FP&A solutions like PVM margin Analysis within the Commercial teams / Markets, embedding these solutions within business processes and actively contributing to communication and training
• Act as Ambassador to the FP&A organization on Commercial Market financial reporting designs and ensure adequate training and deployment mechanisms are in place like CFIN / PMA concepts.
• Ensure validation of system solutions according to design incl. testing, proof of concept, etc. together with technical experts. 
• Drive documentation and standardization of processes, advocate and initiate process improvement, and Deploy and maintain and support key process descriptions in line with the deployment strategy.
• Lead and/or contribute to FP&A prioritized projects around commercial/market as part of the BPO project delivery
• Drive improvement and challenge the status quo.
