Job Description:

Talent Intelligence is an in-house research, advisory and analytics team within the Philips Talent Acquisition organization that enables information and insights based decision making through various services and solutions offered directly to businesses within different Philips sectors globally. The Talent Intelligence Associate performs research across various sources and platforms (including primary research), collects talent, market and business data, runs analysis across data and deducts trends and insights to influence and inform our talent, location and organizational strategies.

Working within a matrix organization through the use of influence and persuasion, this role supports the development of intelligence to help influence the organization's buy Vs build strategy, merger and acquisition strategy, talent attraction strategy and location strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • The Talent Intelligence Associate is responsible for the generation, analysis of talent and market intelligence, talent assessment inputs and recommendations to influence the company's buy v build strategy and location/site strategy
  • Reporting talent trends, competitor landscape and strategy analysis, potential M&A targets and due diligence to consultants, managers and senior leaders outside the team
  • Supporting implementation of improvement projects and long term internal projects and programs towards new talent intelligence services, solutions and offerings
  • Supporting the Talent Intelligence team where required, ensuring appropriate support levels are being met
  • Informing the wider Talent Acquisition team of talent and people trends and news, support/build processes around communications, knowledge sharing and management
  • Engaging with external suppliers for the supply of talent and market intelligence, including (but not limited to) Gartner, LinkedIn and statistical offices.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Postgraduate degree, preferably in HR, business, analytics or economics
  • Ability to acquire, analyze and manage data and insights
  • Good MS Office practical knowledge
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Self-starter: Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills as well as strong listening and investigative skills
  • Strong understanding of recent & emerging workforce and business trends
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
