Analyst - Workforce Management null

Job Objective: 

This role is more analytics oriented and will be responsible for generating insights on a regular basis on various operational Metrics. Provide statistical insights and help to operationalize data driven decision making across the organization

Role Expectations:

• Preparing reports and presentations for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Make recommendations and draw inferences from the data compiled.
• Design and maintain a database with planning and forecasting figures. Review the data and perform first level review to identify gaps if any.
• Interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. Use statistical tools if possible.
• Mining data from various sources and reorganizing in readable format for relevant stakeholders.
• Automate reports and increase ease of access to complex data through visualization.
• Assist in generating, formatting in other regular or ad-hoc reports on variety of KPIs as required.
• Help Ops team to drive agent productivity efficiently through performance health check reports.
