They are on the lookout for a passionate content-writing intern who can help create a positive experience for PhonePe customers at every step of their journey on the app. If communication is your forte, and you are keen on providing a transparent & trusted customer experience through content initiatives, please send them your updated CV.
Responsibilities:
Create customer-centric help content to educate and resolve customer issues
Identify, implement, and measure content/communication changes based on product changes/requirements and data
Create interactive chatBOT conversations that will aid 1,500+ customer support executives in delivering a customer experience that is par excellence
Research industry best practices on various content formats & channels
Training and development
Identifying relevant training audience (employees) for conducting training matters
related to Anti-Bribery and Anti-corruption procedures.
Maintaining training-related documents (e.g. attendance records) in the document repository
Assisting in the TPI referral program which includes training TPIs on matters related to anti-Bribery and Anti-corruption procedures.
