Your role

The incumbent is expected to grasp the underlying processes and data flows. Should be able to analyse and work on the errors.

The Role:

• You will be involved in automating the processes and MISs.
• You will need to collaborate with different teams, external partners and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of transactions and processing of reverse feeds.
• You will be responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams

Training & development

• Identifying relevant training audience (employees) for conducting training matters related to Anti-Bribery and Anti-corruption procedures.
• Maintaining training-related documents (e.g. attendance records) in the document repository
• Assisting in the TPI referral program which includes training TPIs on matters related to anti-Bribery and Anti-corruption procedures.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for the role of Graduate Trainee can range from INR 7.0 to INR 8.0 Lakhs (Source: PhonePe). PhonePe provides the following benefits.

About You

Ideal Candidate should have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical capabilities: Excel and Scripting Language
• Understanding Insurance would be an added advantage
