Job description
CX/MX Business Intelligence at PhonePe is a horizontal function working with multiple stakeholders across all team Ops., Design, TnQ, WFM, and Product Ops. & Analytics. Building a data-driven CX through Instrumentation of data, analysis, and reporting/measurement. Efficiency and experience are the two pillars and pushing the bar on the same.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to drive the KPIs of respective teams.
- Analyze business processes and requirements and build a roadmap project.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology & data solutions
- Work with the design and development team for all new initiatives to build the much-needed data instrumentation considering the end2end use case and long term business need
- Identify development needs to improve and streamline operations.
- Determine Business Information Needs, Assist with Data Collection and Modeling and Analyze and Interpret Data.
- Create Reports and Data Visualizations.
- Assisting with data/system-driven problem solving for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor /Masters's degree in Math, Stats, or Business with 0 to 2 years experience.
- Expert with Excel & SQL for data analysis,
- Python is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Analytical tools like Qlickview / Power BI / Tableau.
- Ability to read code and support applications,s, reports, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
