Your role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training and development 

Developing a solid new hire training program is an important management skill. Policybazaar is one of the fastest-growing companies in India and they hire tens of new people in their sales force on an almost daily basis. Before the new employees are sent to work making and taking calls from the customers, they go through a period of intensive induction training on products as well as on how to talk to customers.
