- Develop and populate a list of companies that are German-based and have Indian operations, trade or offices - this would be a minimum of 100 companies. The initial format would be provided by the contractor and would be further co-designed in the process of the research for customer segmentation
- Support with the development of a survey targeting the above.
- Reaching out to the companies with the survey and gaining a target of 15 respondents at this time.
- Attending weekly and or bi-weekly meetings with the co-founders to review progress and reformulate where needed.
