Your role

In the A&I role at P&G, you act as an influential internal consultant, ensuring consumer insights drive business strategy. You'll explore growth opportunities by collaborating with teams like Brand Management, Finance, and Sales. Success hinges on blending soft and analytical skills to convey research findings creatively, influencing key partners. Each day offers a chance to examine human decision-making and analyze big data to shape P&G’s strategies.

About you

Qualifications

• Master’s in business administration 
• Strong Excel & Macro skills (preferred)
• Strong English communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills (Must) - Tight-knit partnership skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
• Desire/passion to transform how decisions are made through ad hoc & scaled application of analytics
• Shown success at deriving insight from data and successfully communicating those insights to drive action
• Experience of 1-2 years in CPG (FMCG), banking, analytics & or consulting is a plus
