Your role

Overview of the job

Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, they lead Company efforts in Tax, Treasury, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting and Internal Controls. You will work on a multi-functional team responsible for a brand, a service, or a key project. Within these teams, you will find tight-knit collaboration among team members and an environment where your perspectives are valued. The focus is to win as a team with strong individual contributions.

Your team

You will report to the Finance director while being accountable to multi-functional stakeholders for driving results.

As an intern in finance

Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your Finance deliverables from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities.

You'll be at the core of breakthrough innovations, be given exciting assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility, in creative work spaces where new ideas flourish.

About you

Qualifications

• CA Finalist with 18 months article-ship completed
• Strong academic record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English verbal and writing skills
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills and a strong passion for finance
• Able to make complex decisions using all available data, but also confident enough to use your gut feeling and instincts
• Work effectively with people from different backgrounds by exemplifying creativity, innovation and initiative
