Prioritizing & translating business requirements to systems requirements that also adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.
Engages seamlessly across the eCommerce, marketing and media organizations typically at the brand manager, associate brand director level, customer lead, and eCommerce director level.
Delivering insights from data sets in digital/media/eCommerce, executing hands-on-keyboard for digital media, activating digital media on digital media platforms/eCommerce channel.
Leverages technical expertise and a strategic mindset to be successful.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or master’s degree in business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action.
Able to balance multiple priorities.
Good social skills, self-motivated, dynamic with a can-do mentality.
Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business and technology.
Turning insights into actionable recommendations which will drive business value creation.
You must be adept at demonstrating technologies for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions.
Strong Analytics skills including tools: KNIME, Python, and Power BI
Technical Skills
Business Intelligence tools: such as KNIME, Python, and Power BI
Knowledge of any database query language like SQL
Full-stack web development capability e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend programming languages
Experience in any automation tool e.g., Blue prism
DevOps capabilities – Git & GitHub
UI/UX Designing skills & prototype designing
