Description:

IT E2E leader is responsible and accountable for E2E IT Operations, Services, Infra at P&G Plants. The role is within ITOT which is part of Global Business Services organization unit of P&G. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading fast-paced, complex, value creation and transformational projects within or across OUs. You will also be responsible for Value Protection to ensure stronger compliance standards in Digital solutions and information security space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Projects/Programs: Lead and execute both Value Protection and Value Creation Projects as per Site Digital Masterplan.
  • Operations: Manage E2E IT operations & infrastructure for P&G Plant, Continuity Planning, IT Governance & Compliance, Manage End user support/Service Desk (via partners).
  • Incident Management & Resolution: Demonstrate high accountability and ownership to lead resolution of technical incidents, working in collaboration with site support team, vendor partners and regional service lines
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement by finding opportunity areas to improve services, optimize spending and deliver best in class employee experience through domain mastery, critical thinking ability and analytics skills.
  • People Management – Manage, Govern and Work (with and) through partner teams.
  • Stakeholder Management - SPOC for Site Leadership, Functional Heads & broader organization for all IT Operations, Infrastructure and IT projects/initiatives.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech or MBA (Entry Level Role)
