Description Of The Role:
- Delivers executional excellence in Product Design/Development procedural work and experimentation and applies this knowledge to provide foundational understanding and capability for the team, contribute to the planning and execution of a broad range of technical tests, summarize these tests independently, and make correlations to in-depth observations.
- Responsible for more complex assembly of samples/ prototypes prototyping, running lab test routines, creating and updating specs based on standard information, developing/executing changes in standard technical solutions for meeting consumer propositions. Proficient in preparing, executing and summarizing routine tasks and experiments based on established methods. Includes product/formula preparation (e.g. labelling, prototyping), physical determinations (e.g. rheology), product performance, product stability, etc.
- Growing knowledgeable in the relevant regulatory, HSE requirements and GPS processes to obtain formulation clearance.
Requirements (Skills/ Experiences) For The Role:
- Knowledgeable in the role of different technologies/RMs in the desired performance and properties of relevant products as well as their impact on product cost.
- Proficient in the use of formulation tools. Learning and familiarizing with (where applicable):
- In-depth statistical software for DOX analysis. Formulation model development process.
