Your Role:

Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives, improved processes, equipment, and systems. Acquires and apply technical expertise in the field of converting technologies such as web handling, cutting, bonding, discrete patch placement, winding, solid-state formation, adhesive or performance fluid application. Brings forward new technical insight, apply technical mastery, and develop innovative approaches to achieve business results and deliver technical solutions. Understand the functionality, capabilities, and constraints of converting process technologies to identify, assess, and manage technical risk proactively to drive business decisions. Develops skills to operate effectively on teams and partner with others and balance individual work with the objectives of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduates. (MTech/MS) Hands-on experience for 2 to 3 years will be preferred.
  • In addition to good knowledge of English, we also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.
