Job Description & Summary

A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.

Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You’ll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • ​Candidate should have Post Graduation : ​M​.Com​ ​or​ MBA / PGDM - Finance​ Major  (2021, 2020 Passout) 
  • 50% and above throughout academic (10th, +2, UG / PG)
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have strong basic knowledge in Accounting, Taxation, Finance
  • Open to work from Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad locations
  • Immediate Joiner

Role Description

Technical:

  • Prepare US State estimate and extension vouchers.
  • Prepare US state and local income tax returns including K-1s and workpapers
  • Keep up-to-date with tax technical / technology developments
  • Ability to adapt process knowledge
  • Ability to adapt automation tools.
  • Participate in clearing e-file diagnostics
  • Deliver quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards
  • Validate/ Analyze data and perform self review for accuracy of deliverables.
  • Actively participate in engagement Trainings and Calls (Kick off, Status, Wrap up). 

General Requirements: 

  • M.Com or MBA / PGDM in Finance Major  
  • Active listening and ability to communicate effectively.
