Your role

The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provides support to HQ and the global regional team on Finance and Business Operation activities. This job role is for Market research-related activities – Incentive loading, Product and Customer Research, as well as data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Incentive loading, Product and Customer Research, and Certificate processing. All in Simplified Chinese Speaking, writing, and reading.
• Transactional and analytics activities – daily, weekly, month-end, and quarter-end activities and reporting, system updates, and data loaders received from 3rd party vendors.
• Licensing Analyst support – assist with translations (read, write, speak) and summarize, reports download/upload, and consolidation.
• Understand and categorize each certificate and determine which contract the certificate mapping with a quarter, contract, timelines, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability. Save certificates on Company tools and systems.
• Follow up with Compliance for questions about the certificates. Manage the “bounced “certificate emails.
• Keep track of certificates received, and not received, and follow-ups for missing data licensees that have reported, as well as licensees that have NOT reported, inquire with Compliance for missing reports.
• Manage reports to show management about the reporting– how many certs, using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Incentive Loading – Simplified Chinese speaking – writing-reading.
• Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to review, drive transition calls, and process documentation for all activities.
• Individuals will be required to take evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
• Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.

About you

Education requirements

• Bachelors in science/economics / Chinese language and/or,
• Diploma in Business Analytics.

 Other requirements

• Simplified Chinese speaking – writing-reading mandatory.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in business analysis & operations activities.
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills.
• Ability to focus on details, multitask, and perform activities timely with quality output.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
