Your role

The Responsible Business intern will be a driving force supporting RHG’s sustainability initiatives while ensuring efficient collection of data and implementation of Net Zero initiatives, sustainability policies and practices as outlined by the team.

You’ll be working in the Radisson Hotel Group’s Global sustainability team. The team has group-wide responsibility for the development, implementation and management of sustainability initiatives and KPIs.

In your role as a Responsible Business Intern, you'll:

  • Sustainability data management on advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Analyse and activate Renewable Energy projects in India
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sustainability events and campaigns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across the organisation
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability performance frameworks for sustainability for hotels
  • Contribute to portfolio reviews and support the further development of sustainability tools
  • Use your knowledge to train hotels regarding Responsible Business initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting, external disclosure and communication

About you

  • MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
