Cloud Service Engineer null

Responsibilities

• New client's onboarding follows ups and helps them to setup servers as per their requirements
• Address client tickets regarding server or application related issues
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide customers with simple, step-by-step instructions through chat, email,and call
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of client issues
• Record technical issues and solutions in Tickets
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Followup with clients to ensure their servers is functional
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
• Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirements

• Good Language and Strong Communications Skills
• Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows Server products and/or Apple Operating Systems
• Ability to Work in a 24 *7 Team structure
• Ability to Prioritize Projects
• Expected to work in shifts covering good overlap with US time zones.
