Diploma Engineer Trainee null

Purpose of the Position

• We are looking for a highly organized Diploma in Engineers. After initial training of 1 month, they would be supervising various aspects of Production activities such as the creation of production schedules, overseeing production processes, and ensuring that the required materials are available on a Store basis before requisition submission.
• The Diploma Engineer DET will also be responsible for ensuring that the machine is functioning correctly and that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

• To attain Production Targets as per the defined Annual Operating Plan.
• To work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality, and timely delivery of products.

Customer Oriented

• To look after the quality norms and process control.
• To recommend process improvements to enhance production, quality, and capacity for the end customer.

People-Oriented

• To look after the multiskilling of workmen at the respective section.
• To provide job training to workers to meet production goals

Internal Business Process

• To attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
• To establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
• To work with managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
• To plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• To recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• To investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define resolutions.
• To ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) with 1st Division in Academics from Class 10th Onwards & with No Backlogs
• Any additional requirement: MS-Office Usage, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience: Freshers
