Position Description
Business Growth of Authorized Dealers: Improve AD productivity by generating enquiry and improving conversion. Maintain minimum stock of 30 days at every Authorized Dealer.
Process & Standard Adherence: Train Sales person to follow company laid process to give the best customer experience.
Conduct quarterly standards/ CI audit, reach min 75% audit score for min 90% of Ads
Journey cycle & Dealer Visit: Plan a visit to every AD once a month, share the previous month's performance report with the AD owner and discuss countermeasures to achieve the current month's plan.
Record visit report and file them at Area Office(AO)
Enquiry Generation: Conduct BTL activity and monitor enquiry flow, conversion and support AD to achieve the monthly retail plan.
