Your role

What You’ll Do?

• Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, brochures, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. Handling multiple design assignments across the Print (White papers, Lite-paper, Brochures, Standees) & Branding (Logo design and stationery items) segments, Create Professional pitch decks or webinars PowerPoint Presentations.
• Expert in creating marketing banners, posters, and social media Ads.
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
• Preparing drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimise production efforts.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.
• Digital platform design experience and understanding of cross-platform design guidelines.
• Design other promotional and marketing designs for the company.
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Training & development

This training program will educate leadership and those in intern roles on how to:

• Design and promote the marketing.
• Establish an effective means of intern performance assessment.

About You

To apply for this role, you must qualify and desire key skills as stated below;

• Basic Photoshop, design and illustrator knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of Digital Design/Layout along with Deck designs.
• Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritising tasks.
• Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.
