Your role

ShareChat is looking for interns who are experienced in audio streaming and will be instrumental in helping us build more communities in audio chatrooms and identifying chatroom topics, particularly for the Astrology & Devotions Category.

• In this role, you would be responsible for identifying regional content creators (Astrologers, spiritual personalities), onboarding, and growing their portfolios on the platform. 
• Developing content strategies and campaign planning to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing. 
• Special focus needs to be given to boosting the Astrology & Devotion Category on ShareChat. 
• You will have to send notifications and take end-to-end care of the categories assigned.

Chatrooms are meant for the ShareChat users community to get into an audio chat and text chat with fellow users.

• You will be responsible for designing and driving interactions in the Chatrooms, identifying new user demands and building the right supply.

Your responsibilities

• Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of the ShareChat platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators(Astrologers, spiritual personalities)
• Running unique and interesting campaigns to keep the creator community engaged
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Salary & benefits

About You

• Written and spoken fluency in Gujarati/Odia language and business proficiency in English

• Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the astrology & devotion category

• Discipline and rigour to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with strategic users.
