Job Overview

ShareChat is looking for an Operations Associate-1, Content and Operations for its short-form video content vertical, Moj, with a critical and analytical mindset who can handle various strategic responsibilities like creator onboarding operations, creator management, and stakeholder management. You should be able to develop, own and manage projects, and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team that drive operational excellence across the entire platform.

Responsibilities

• Review profiles and identify potentially good creators that can add value to the platform.
• Ensure all the necessary information is communicated effectively to our managed creators.
• Train the creator managers to effectively use the tools required for the processes.
• Oversee the performance of the creator managers and give relevant feedback which can help us create a strong creator ecosystem.
• Work closely with creator managers to maintain engagement and retention of creators
• Come up with engaging activities to keep the creators involved.
• Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
• Proficient in Telugu Language (Read, Write and Speak)
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
• Have a good understanding of Short Video Content and Creators.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, team player, and result-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
