Your role

Siemens Mobility is an independently run company of Siemens AG. Its core business includes rail vehicles, rail automation, and electrification solutions, turnkey systems, intelligent road traffic technology, and related services

This is your role. What part will you play?

• Manage all service-related activities (bidding, order intake, execution) in the CS RI area, especially for Northern Region
• Shall be responsible for handling regional maintenance business and Spares business
• Shall coordinate with customers and internally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day service operations in the region
• Ensures timely collection of receivables
• Responsible for adherence to EHS policies and guidelines
• Shall ensure timely submission of bids in line with customer requirements.
• Shall attend negotiation meetings and strive for the finalization of the orders at the earliest
• Shall actively support larger bids
• Acts as the first point of contact for escalation of any customer issues.

• You should have a minimum of 0-2 years experience preferably in a Railway environment along with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering
• Flair for customer service and customer satisfaction.
• You are fluent in English
