Your role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within the area of operation assigned.
• Communicating and coordinating all service operations for the region & install base assigned under operative advice from Customer Care Centre.
• Supporting the SERVER Service process and ensuring optimal performance in all related process activities.
• Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters and inform the Customer Care Centre.
• Inform the Uptime Service Centre of all technical escalation issues and execute as per their guidance/direction.
• Report any Customer complaints with proper documentation to the CCC & Group Leader.
