Your Role

Test Engineer (Substation Automation System) will be responsible for testing of Substation Automation System used for various voltage levels in India and Abroad for different applications. The incumbent will be responsible for different project phases understanding the client requirement, understanding of project-specific documents, preparation of RTU & HMI configuration based on approved documents, testing of the same and inspection with the customer in the factory, support to Project Management/Engineering/Commissioning team for smooth execution of the Project.

About you

• Fresher/0-1 year of experience in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Substation Automation products/Systems
• Knowledge of study of client requirement  
• Knowledge of different architectures RSTP, PRP, and HSR 
• Knowledge of reading Panel drawings/scheme
• Verifications of technical compliances of HW/SW systems
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving are essential parts of this position. 
• Candidate shall be a good team player, agile, resilient, and sincere
• Enjoy learning new things and build a knowledge base in new areas. 
• Additional knowledge in new technology domains like cybersecurity, IoT, and Digitalization trends will be preferred.
• Additional knowledge of the basics of Electrical Protection Systems will be preferred
• Collaborating for new solutions and technologies required in the business to drive new products and offerings
