Provide co-ordination and operational support to effectively deliver learning activities to meet key business requirements. Act as the learning administrator for the Siemens DISW Learning Management System, liaise with trainers and business partners/learning program managers to ensure successful delivery, ensure effective class evaluation is undertaken and produce reports. Provide administration for class logistics, cancellations, waitlists and cross charging.
Handle training enquiries and consolidate training class requests. Communicates and markets L&D opportunities, manages the L&D inbox. Collaborates and leads learning co-ordination practice leadership for the community of Zone and Country co-ordinators. Contribute to the delivery of Global learning & development initiatives originating from agreed learning & development priorities and strategy. Works under self management, managing tasks of moderate to complex scope.
