SignDesk’s products constitute an end-to-end documentation system designed to digitize and streamline paper-based processes. Our product catalog currently includes a Video KYC onboarding solution leveraged with ML and AI techniques, a digital stamping & franking product for real-time online stamp duty payment, an eSign workflow solution offering both Aadhaar eSign & digital signatures, and an eMandate product to automate recurring payments through eNACH which also supports Aadhaar eSign-based mandates.

We are currently hiring a Lead Generation Specialist. The position will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing Mid-Size Enterprise businesses. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will build relationships and schedule appointments. This is an Inside Sales position. If you have the flair for talking, good written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude we are looking for you! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, carries a smile and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Essential Functions

  • Self-motivated, high energy, & dynamic inside sales and online presence
  • Driven personality with a track record for closing numbers
  • Strong phone communication skills - able to understand different buying personas
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to accept and implement coaching
  • Flexible schedule

Skills & Abilities

  • Reach out to prospects via telephone, email & Linkedin to qualify leads. The expected activity level for this position is 80 calls per day.
  • Must be great with follow-ups.
  • Uncover business pain points, needs, and propose SignDesk as a solution.
  • Update and maintain activity logs and key information in the CRM program.
  • Contribute to best practices and key findings for the team to help refine communications and strategies.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Field Sales team

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree preferred but not required
  • 1-5 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales in US Market
  • Experience with CRM.
