- Generate business through inbound calls and chat messages.
- Should have at least 1 year experience in Chat/Calls process in any customer facing industry.
- Should be able to convert the leads into business.
- Maintaining customer relationships to generate regular referrals from clients, Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs actively.
- Responding well with customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding courses, maintain swift responses to customers through calls, emails, chat, maintain a level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner, work closely with Sales teams and do constant follow-up for sales conversion.
- Ensure weekly sales conversion benchmark being alert to upselling opportunities.
