- Responsible for Data Management activities of the Content Team
- Maintain metrics for various activities of the Content team
- Maintain / Prepare the weekly MIS report for the team
- Upload the Content to CCM and assign it to the editing team
- Work internally with the Digitization team to publish the course in the portal
- Scheduling the Recording sessions at the Skill-Lync facility
- Work with the Finance / HR / Editing team for coordinating team activities
- Should be able to conduct and coordinate the zoom meetings across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 year of Experience in Data Entry
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Knowledge of Excel VBA Macros – Mandatory
- Excellent Communication (Writing/Verbal) skills free from Local accent
- Good Presentation skills
- Should be a good team player
