We are looking for a Sales - Quality Analyst who will need to come up with new and unique Quality development strategies, set goals and promote the company’s image. Your contribution will help maintain a strong relationship with a growing client base which will bring in more profits and fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and evaluating call quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and conducting test calls to agents/service representatives on new products
- Assessing agent performance
- Conducting quality audits
- Good communication ( Oral & Written )
Requirement
- 1-5 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
