As a technical support engineer, you will be responsible for training, supporting, and graduating students who enroll in SKILL-LYNC. Job responsibilities
- You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets
- You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the coursework
- You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos
- You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback
- You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student
Requirements
- Experience (0-2 years)
- Strong fundamentals in Kinematics/Dynamics of machines and basic Finite Element Analysis.
- Knowledge in Vehicle Dynamics concepts (Suspension and steering kinematics)
- Knowledge in Tire modeling and Ride handling parameters.
- Knowledge in Rigid body and Flex body dynamics concepts
- Exposure to Multi-body simulation tools like ADAMS, Altair Motionview.
- Exposure to programming languages like MATLAB, Python, etc. is an added advantage
