2022 Customer Success - Internship null

Customer success helps build a rapport with our customers and engage with them to keep them on our platform thus increasing our LTV. An option to convert this to a full-time role - your key responsibility would be to draw an overall strategy for multiple products & services at Skillinabox and how customer retention could be maximized through multiple campaigns/engagements/etc.

You will be working directly with the board & founders and would be expected to work out of our office in New Delhi.

Your KRA's

• Engage with customers and make them aware of our extended products
• Increase engagement and onboard them to increase our LTV
• Build rapport with customers even if they are not engaged with us
• Build customer success community engagement models
• Target communities to spread the work of our products

Comp & Ben

• For a 4-month internship - Monthly remuneration between 5-15k
• Get exposure to working with experienced founders/team/investors
• Get direct insight into the skilling industry
• Get to work on all three business models (B2C, B2B, B2G)
