Customer success helps build a rapport with our customers and engage with them to keep them on our platform thus increasing our LTV. An option to convert this to a full-time role - your key responsibility would be to draw an overall strategy for multiple products & services at Skillinabox and how customer retention could be maximized through multiple campaigns/engagements/etc.
You will be working directly with the board & founders and would be expected to work out of our office in New Delhi.
We are a seed-funded skilltech startup, taking new-age skills mapped to NSQF to every learner's doorstep helping them build their skills to life, get assessed & certified by regulatory bodies (Govt. of India), build a skill passport, and use their skills in their everyday life. You will be working with industry stalwarts and in both business verticals (D2C & B2B) thus giving you exposure to both worlds at the same time.
