Your role

Job Description:

Smytten is looking for someone who has unwavering ownership and commitment toward Human Resources. Passionate about cultivating a dynamic and engaging work environment with a people-first approach, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to cultivate a thriving and engaged workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria and accordingly create job descriptions.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Help onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Operations:

• Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry, and daily coordination with the admin staff for facility management.
• Provide support to the HR Manager and the HR Team as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics as and when required.
• Organizing events and preparing plans to ensure employee motivation and engagement.
