Your role

The team

As a member of the Client Services team, you'll be an integral part of the team dedicated to supporting clients using the S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. You'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals across various departments, including Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support. This will help provide a unique chance to gain insights into how the organization operates and serves diverse clients in industries such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate sectors.

This role plays a crucial part in assisting market leaders and decision-makers across the financial services industry contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and contribute to their mission of empowering decision-makers with reliable financial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats. Learn to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product consultations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client interactions and support internal initiatives.
  • Learning Opportunities: Participate in product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to deepen your understanding of their platforms and client needs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to building and updating their knowledge base to support ongoing learning and development within the organization.

Information

  • Time Commitment: 8-9 hours/day, APAC/EMEA Shift (Monday to Friday)
  • Tenure: 11 months
  • Primarily in person at the office

About you

What S&P Global India is looking for

  • Graduate with any specialization in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic hands-on experience in MS Excel.
