Your role

As an Apprentice in Credit & Risk Solutions focusing on KY3P (Know Your Third Party) Solutions, you will support the team in managing and accessing third-party risk. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the evaluation and monitoring of third-party relationships, analyzing risk data, and contributing to the development of risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the KY3P Leadership Team in the development, delivery, and monitoring of third-party risk management solutions.
  • Support the Solutions team in the following functions:
  • Build Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to present Sales Pipeline information
  • Build Smartsheet to transition or handover customer-contracted projects from the business development team to the Implementation team
  • Build portfolio management tools in Smartsheet/Serena to track project progress, resource utilization, and available team capacity.

About you

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates/postgraduates from an engineering or management field - B.E, B. Tech, MBA /BBA
  • Knowledge of available tools for project and portfolio management
  • Ability to understand business needs, evaluate available tools, and build workflow solutions using those tools to suit business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to interact at many levels and to face and deal with issues maturely and professionally.
  • Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with a positive attitude toward work
  • Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness.
  • Prior work experience in the field of third-party risk management is an added advantage.
