About this opportunity

The Team

The ESG Benchmarking team supports corporates to better understand their ESG performance compared to their peers, through a broad range of products and services.

The Impact

Together with the team based in Zurich, Switzerland, you will be involved in the production process and increase the quality and efficiency of the product offering. As an ESG Benchmarking Analyst within the core ESG Benchmarking team, you will deliver and maintain accurate, complete, and timely report production while taking into account the corporate clients’ needs.

What’s in it for you?

  • Prepare benchmarking reports (CBRs) for corporate clients which are assessed through the CSA.
  • Be compliant when conducting report production through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and automation tools.
  • Work on new projects and service development and innovation initiatives, as assigned.
  • Keep himself/herself updated in the knowledge of the CSA Methodology.

What We Are Looking For

Functional and Business Knowledge:

  • Applies general knowledge of operations principles, theories, and work tools developed through past experience to best complete assignments
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools

Problem Solving

  • Agile mindset as the work involves a lot of collaboration and coordination
  • Convenient taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
  • Provide solutions based on best practices and existing precedents

Candidate Profile

  • Min. 2 years experience with the Corporate Sustainable Assessment (CSA) as an analyst.
  • Min. 2 years experience with benchmarking reports as an analyst
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Business-oriented with an attention to quality and efficiency
  • Ability to work well within the context of a global virtual team
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work.
