Responsibilities of roles under different teams/functions in DTS

Workday Integration Junior Developer/Analyst Intern:

• learn to design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations in addition to learning the HR/Payroll processes. 
• Analyze and translate business specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
• Learn about business processes, workflows, and modules in Workday for HR/Payroll.
• Learn and adopt SAFE software development practices as part of their SDLC.
• Understand and follow defined Workday integration/development standards and best practices. 
• Ensure people's data security, data privacy and data quality are an important part of integration implementation. 
• Tier 1 support for inbound and outbound Workday integration issues.  
• Opportunity to gain experience, develop and test integrations within the Workday architecture. 

Software Development Intern for Oracle Fusion ERP:

• Assist their internal technical team in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and Supporting systems. 
• Contribute to the development and customization of solutions using cutting-edge technologies. 
• Apply your analytical and programming skills to address technical challenges. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation. 
• Explore new technologies and solutions to drive innovation. 

Salesforce Lightning Developer Intern (Salesforce CPQ):

• Design, architecture, and development of their client-facing financial analytics product.
• Good experience in basic front-end development frame languages and artefacts. 
• Understanding of both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles.
• Good knowledge of one of the following technologies such as Angular JS, ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and HTML. 
• Experience with Debugging methods such as Anonymous Code Block execution and working/writing to System and Developer Logs. 
• Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs. 
• Produce high-quality code.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
• expertise and knowledge in Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and DHTML.

Data Engineer - AI/ML:

• Implement machine learning algorithms.
• Collect and clean data.
• Evaluate the performance of AI/ML models. 
• Work closely with the stakeholders to understand the business needs and develop solutions around these needs. 
• Develop and deploy the AI models. 
• Basic understanding of automation. 

 Gen AI Full Stack Developer:  

• They are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in Node.js, React, and Typescript to join their Generative AI COE team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of their Gen AI applications. You will work closely with the Gen AI team to implement user-friendly designs and optimize the application for performance and efficient page rendering. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and enjoy creating intuitive and visually appealing web applications, this role is for you. 
• Collaborate with the Gen AI team to investigate and propose enhancements to the current application's UI/UX. 
• Work closely with the Gen AI team and UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly designs and improve the overall UI/UX. 
• Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and efficient page rendering. 
• Ensure the security and data integrity of the Gen AI application. 

Data Performance Analyst:

• Analyzing data sets to identify solutions for business-related customer issues. 
• Transforming raw data into actionable information and insights that guide business decisions, with a focus on reporting to DTS service owners.
• Facilitating the onboarding of any new or modified DTS services, ensuring they align with a robust service ops framework.
• Understanding all DTS services and creating a unified service model/experience for their customers, fostering consistency and efficiency.
• Utilizing CSAT data to identify areas where customers are dissatisfied, contributes to the enhancement of the DTS service experience. 
• Building and managing data in Power BI to convert it into meaningful and actionable insights.

Basic qualification:

• Third-year students who are working towards a B.Tech (CS/ IT) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.     
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in a 24*5 environment on rotational shifts.
