Formulate, design, and implement Job Descriptions across all levels and roles
Formulate, design, and implement Organization Structures across all functions and sub-functions
Coordinate and work closely with respective HRBPs and functional / business heads to understand the structure and roles
Prepare and present the updated structures and JDs to the Vice President - of Human Resources.
Developing sources of recruitment & forming a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, websites, personal contacts, and recommendations from existing employees.
Responsible for enhancing the positive candidate experience.
Collaborating with hiring managers for Scheduling & coordinating interviews
Roll out the offer letter to the selected candidates.
Maintaining all the active & exit employee information in Master Database.
Maintaining employee files with all the relevant documents starting from resume to exit documents.
Assist in HRMS implementation
