Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company. Its core business is more than just coffee. The company is in the people business selling coffee. Training & development

Partners have various platforms to learn and build their skills on the job, related to coffee, and develop behavioral competencies like working with the team, customer service, etc. One of the major learning tools provided to all the partners in the organization is the Starbucks Global Academy which is an online learning platform developed by Starbucks in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU), only for Starbucks Partners.

Salary and benefits

For this position, the salary range is ₹1L–₹1L per year
