Your role

As a Growth Catalyst, your role is,

• Timely Execution of Multi-limit split referred cases as per defined process & restarts of eligible cases on a daily basis as per defined timelines.
• Outbound calling Curing of assigned Multi third card cases & ensure higher conversions.
• Demonstrate the highest standards in call quality & product knowledge to deliver superlative customer experience & ensure provide input on process gaps.
• Achieve critical business metrics - productivity, accuracy and TAT while processing & Calling apps.
• Higher conversions in  Multi Calling 
• Ensure daily productivity targets are met including restarts.
• Accuracy targets to be met. 
• Suggest process improvement ideas 
• Maintain Process TAT as per business
• Ensure Timely review & resolution of Sales Queries

The Measures of Success in the role are based on:

• Productivity & Accuracy targets to be met as defined by business - AHT, CQ, Retention
• Conversion rate target to be met
• Timely Limit Split & restarts are one on a daily basis
• Timely responses to Sales Queries/Mails
• Limit Split roll back within 1 day TAT
