Training, development & rotation
The training for apprentices is for 1 year as per Apprenticeship Act 1961/1973.
The place of training for mining would be BSP mines at Dalli-Rajhara, Hirri, and Nandini Mines.
This opportunity is strictly for apprenticeship training. Bhilai Steel Plant is not liable for providing any sort of employment to the apprentices.
Only those candidates are eligible who have not undergone apprenticeship training in the past or are undergoing training apprenticeship in the present as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961/1973.
Salary & benefits
The average annual stipend for this role is around INR 1 LPA to 1.2 LPA (Source: Ambitionbox)
Stipend rates for Graduate/Technician apprentices shall be as notified by BoAT from time to time.
Bhilai Steel Plant will not provide any sort of accommodation during the training. Apprentices shall have to make their own arrangements.

Qualification:
B. Tech. (for Graduate Apprentices) and
Diploma (for Polytechnic Apprentices) final year mark sheet of the qualifying exam.
General instructions:
Candidates whose result is in the form of CGPA shall have to enter their result in percentage as per the conversion formula of their respective colleges/universities.
Students who have passed out from Govt/Private institutes are eligible to apply. The gap between the date of passing the qualifying exam and the date of engagement as an apprentice shall not exceed 3 years.
