Position Description

• Maintain all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
• Bank reconciliation, payment collection. monthly GST working.
• Send quotation and purchase order by busy software as per order.
• Maintain sales, purchase registers & keep software properly
• Banking works like the issue of a cheque for clearing cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS
• Knowledge about central excise vat. This vat is exempted in manufacturing units.
• Handling all sales tax & income tax work like C, H, and forms issued from the sales tax department.
• Handling day-to-day accounting, preparing salary statement, PF account, worker salary, daily wages for the worker, finalization of accounts, debtors control accounts, buffer accounts, balance sheet statement, consumption charts, trail balance, fixed assets and tally erp.
